Bon Apetite 2

It was HYin’s day off and we had a full agenda ahead. The previous night Hyin had suggested having tuna salad for dinner. So I thought why not for it has been quite a while since we last had. After our gruesome lunch at the McD’s and a short stroll in the city centre, we were prepared to ­­conquer Tesco.

After getting what we needed from Tesco, we headed back home and started our feast.

To start with, we had the tuna salad, a simple dish which I copied from Filini restaurant. ^Wink^ Grilled tuna served on top of a bed of rocket and cherry tomatoes salad. Hence the name Tuna Salad.

Again I’d like to have my tuna pink. With a sprinkle of salt and a dash of coarse ground pepper….Perfecto!

It was then followed by our entrée, paella, a typical Valencian rice dish from Spain. No I didn’t cook that, unfortunately. I am still in the process of learning. We actually bought it from Tesco at the price of £3.29 (=RM 21.45). After heating it, it was ready to be served. “Fast food” for the lazybones. Surprisingly it was as good as those of La Tasca. *Money well spent*
